Using your fingers separately from the hands is not an easy task for children. Before they can do this, they have to use the arms and hands separately. To learn how to use the fingers, they have to do smaller and smaller movements over time. If it is nog working, you have to take a stap back and try again. Just using fingers is very difficult, so it takes time.
